Christmas DAY

At Brumus, we celebrate the very best of British produce and Christmas Day is no exception. We're showcasing local produce in diverse dishes such as Game en croûte with apple chutney, parsley and shallot salad and Fillet of Angus beef with horseradish, celeriac and pickled woodland mushrooms. Of course, not forgetting the Christmas dinner staples, Roast Bronze turkey with all the trimmings and Traditional Christmas pudding and brandy sauce.

New Year's Eve

Ring in the New Year surrounded by the explosion of colour, pattern and craft that fills Brumus. Toast with a special New Year's Eve cocktail before celebrating with a three-course menu featuring the likes of Roast skate with kale, lemon and brown butter and Mont Blanc tart with blackcurrants.
