FESTIVE Menus at Brasserie Max

Nestled within the cobbled streets of Seven Dials, Brasserie Max is an elegant spot, just moments from the festivities of Covent Garden Piazza. With polished woods, antique furniture and cosy alcoves, the restaurant adds a touch of old world charm to the festive season from intimate Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners to lively New Year's Eve celebrations.

 

Thanksgiving

Bring friends and family together and celebrate Thanksgiving with a traditional menu at Brasserie Max. Begin with a welcome drink and appetisers including Cheddar and green chilli cornbread with maple butter, followed by a three course menu of classic American holiday dishes.

Starters include the likes of New England clam and sweetcorn chowder, followed by Roast Bronze turkey with stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce for the main event accompanied by hearty side dishes of Macaroni cheese, Roasted sweet potato and Buttered collard greens to share. Finish with one of our comforting desserts, such as Pumpkin pie with crème fraîche and Chocolate brownie with s’mores ice cream.

Christmas

Begin Christmas Day at Brasserie Max with a glass of Champagne and canapés for the table, before a festive feast. Starters include Lobster, crab and prawn cocktail with Marie Rose and Duck liver parfait with Pusey Farm chutney and brioche. For mains, we'll be serving a variety of indulgent dishes, from the classic Roast Bronze turkey with all the trimmings and a Beef Wellington with celeriac purée and black truffle to a Butternut squash and sweet potato pithivier with sage and walnuts. 

Satisfy your sweet tooth with a Coffee and Baileys yule log or a Traditional Christmas pudding before ending your meal with Neal’s Yard Stilton with chutney and crackers and a hot drink with mince pies.

New Year's Eve

Toast the new year and enjoy a celebratory meal with your loved ones. Our New Year's Eve menu features dishes including Scallops with black truffle and beurre blanc and Beef tartare with egg yolk and toasted brioche to start, followed by the likes of Roast guinea fowl with woodland mushrooms and button onions and Poached turbot, Champagne sauce and coastal vegetables. Plus, a Champagne sorbet before desserts such as Salted caramel and chocolate mousse to finish.
