Found at the Haymarket Hotel in London’s theatre district, Brumus is an all-day British brasserie with a vibrant bar serving creative cocktails.
On the menu you'll find an array of well-executed classics such as Brumus Atlantic prawn and avocado cocktail and Slow cooked pork cheeks with cider potatoes and apple butter.
A set menu, ideal for theatre goers, is offered at lunch and dinner, and breakfast and a traditional afternoon tea is available daily.
When British weather allows, guests are invited to drink and dine on the terrace.
