2. Blushed Tomato

  • Legend has it that the bustling Berwick Street Market was the first to bring tomatoes to Londoners in the late 1800s, this savoury martini style cocktail is made with clarified tomato gazpacho

3. La Revolution

  • This refreshing and playful cocktail is crafted with a hemp base, symbolising the spirit of change and creativity that embodies Soho - join the revolution with every sip

  • In honour of the legendary Windmill Girls and a bygone era of bold entertainment and indulgence, this elegant and playful cocktail is garnished with homemade lime caviar

5. Heroes

  • The electric energy and zesty flavours of this cocktail are a tribute to the artists including David Bowie who recorded at the iconic Dean Street Studios

7. Polly Parrot

  • If urban myths are to be believed, Jimi Hendrix is responsible for the parakeet population of London when he released two in Soho. A regular at Ronnie Scott’s, he played his last gig there in 1970, two days before he died
