On Christmas Day, dine on indulgent menus featuring Yellowfin tuna with fennel, heart of palm, pine nuts and blood orange to start, followed by Rocky mountain rack of lamb, with a black pepper and coriander crust and Chocolate bûche de Noël with blood orange sherbet for dessert.

New Year's Eve
Join us for New Year’s Eve and savour elegant dishes accompanied by live jazz from the Sam Taylor Trio.
Start with Blinis with smoked salmon, Petrossian Tsar Impérial Ossetra caviar to whet your appetite before a celebratory menu. Expect sophisticated specials of American wagyu beef tartare, Lemon-butter poached lobster with parsnip purée and Bloomsdale spinach and Butternut agnolotti with brown butter-sage cream and black Périgord truffle. At the stroke of midnight, toast to 2025 with a glass of Bollinger, Special Cuvée Brut Champagne.
