Join us this January to celebrate the spirit of the Highlands with a special Burns Night dinner at Ham Yard, honouring the legendary Scottish poet Robert Burns.
The evening kicks off with canapés and a bespoke The Macallan cocktail, setting the stage for a five course feast showcasing traditional Scottish flavours, accompanied by a selection of expertly paired whiskies.
The Macallan's Brand Ambassador George Michie will be on hand to present the whisky pairings, exploring the distinct character of each. Discover a variety of their whiskies, aged in either American and European oak in their previous life as sherry casks. You’ll also enjoy a range of ages, from the 12 year old single malt Double Cask to the complex and raisined 18 year Sherry Oak.
This year's menu features Loch Fyne smoked salmon as starter, followed by the classic Haggis, neeps, and tatties, leading up to a show-stopping main course of Venison Wellington. Dessert includes a decadent Pear and almond tart, with the evening concluding on a savoury note - a cheese course featuring Strathdon Blue from Tain.

About The Macallan:
The Macallan is renowned worldwide for its extraordinary single-malt whiskies. Two centuries have passed since Alexander Reid, founder of The Macallan, distilled the first batch of whisky in his curiously small stills in Speyside, Scotland, in 1824, beginning the extraordinary legacy of the single malt Scotch whisky. The quality and distinctive character of each whisky is influenced by exceptional oak casks seasoned with sherry wine - a commitment to natural colour underpinned by mastery. Designed by internationally acclaimed architects, The Macallan Distillery is located on a beautiful 485-acre Estate and takes inspiration from the surrounding ancient Scottish hills.
