Sunday Menu at Refuel

Tucked away inside The Soho Hotel, Refuel is the perfect hidden spot to while away a Sunday afternoon. Start with a bespoke Bloody Mary mixed tableside from our new trolley before indulging in our Sunday menu.

Classic roasts are paired with hearty sides like Creamed kale and spinach and Purple sprouting broccoli,
with anchovies and crispy shallots. Each roast, whether it be Roast sirloin of beef or Turnip and caramelised onion pie, all come with a Yorkshire pudding, onion and tarragon stuffing, roast potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.

For those wanting something different, choose from a selection of seasonal British and European dishes such as Dorset crab lasagne with sauce américaine and Lincolnshire Poacher cheese and cauliflower pie with Wiltshire truffle.

Complement your food with a glass or two from our ‘Grape Britannia’ English wine list, featuring exciting British wines waiting to be discovered. Our favourites include Wales’ Ancre Hill Estates Chardonnay, a great match for the Roast Devon White Chicken.
