Pre-Theatre & Set Menu at Refuel

Our pre-theatre and set menu celebrate seasonal ingredients and the best of British produce, combined with drinks pairings. Enjoy two or three courses with or without the pairing, from £25. Dishes include a Cured ChalkStream trout with wild garlic mayonnaise, South Coast pollock with shrimp and caper butter and a selection of independent cheeses.
