Summer Cocktails at Oscar
Our new summer cocktail menu is inspired by tropical ingredients from around the world, with highlights including:
- Forage Utrica – an aromatic blend of nettle infused Hayman's gin, homemade bergamot soda, orange bitters
- Mango Island – a punchy mix of Mount Gay Eclipse rum, Remy Martin 1738, homemade mango and orange cordial, coconut cream, lime, orange and Peychaud's bitters
- Peach Seed – a refreshing alcohol-free creation of Seedlip Grove 42, Giffard peach syrup, lemon and cucumber juice
Also on our menu are five limited edition cocktails crafted in partnership with our friends at VIVIR. Celebrate al fresco season with refreshing cocktails, made using the very best blue agave from Mexico. Sip a Corazon Verde (Basil infused Vivir Blanco, blood orange and cucumber juice, lime and agave), from the Oscar terrace on Charlotte Street and watch the world go by.
Oscar Bar is open daily until 11:30pm from Monday to Saturday and until 11pm on Sunday.
Every Friday, sample our new seasonal specials and savour long summer evenings with live DJ sets from 6-10pm.
