Join us for an unforgettable dining experience paired with delicious Champagnes from Bollinger, hosted by Guy de Rivoire, Bollinger’s Ambassador, alongside Executive Chef Joe Fox and the team at Brasserie Max. From La Grande Année 2015 to a 100% Pinot Noir 2018 Cuvée, discover the incredible versatility of Champagne with food pairing.
Enjoy dishes from Portland crab and marinated Scottish scallops with pickled radish and sorrel to Roast duck with crispy confit leg, heritage beetroots, pink radicchio and blood orange. Conclude the evening with a Raspberry and white chocolate mille feuille paired with Rosé Champagne poured from magnums.

- Fried Tamworth pork with apple ketchup and crispy sage
- Bruschetta with fresh sheep’s curd and pickled wild garlic

Starter – paired with Bollinger Special Cuvée
- Portland crab with crème fraiche, raw marinated Scottish scallops, pickled radish and sorrel
Middle – paired with Bollinger La Grande Année 2015
- Potato gnocchi with wild garlic and Cornish gouda
Main – paired with PNAYC18 and PNVZ19, two different expressions of Bollinger’s pinot noir crus
