Brasserie Max
Located in Covent Garden Hotel, Brasserie Max is the calm amongst the buzz and bustle of Seven Dials. The interior is elegant, with polished woods, cosy alcoves and a long pewter bar at the end of the restaurant, ideal for a martini.
The restaurant serves brasserie classics alongside more modern, European dishes. Simplicity is key, with a focus on quality, seasonal produce, often coming from our friends at Pusey Farm in the Cotswolds. Favourites include the Chicken liver pâté with rhubarb and apple chutney and brioche and Roast cod with tomato, olives, brown shrimp and sea purslane.
Popular for pre and post theatre dining, a set menu and traditional afternoon tea are also served every day.
